This Girdwood, Alaska restaurant serves classic New Orleans dishes done with Alaska Seafood; such as halibut stuffed with crab meat dressing and topped with Creole burre blanc sauce, shrimp ettoufee, shrimp and sausage jambalaya, Lobster KaBobs, and salmon au poirve.

The saloon offers a full-service bar and  a moderately priced grill menu. We are a locals’ establishment year-round, as well as having many travelers every year.

There are several hiking trails in the area. All listed trails are managed and non-motorized use only; mileage is one way. Trails shown on the map that are not listed here may be indistinct and hard to find. Be alert as you hike and bike–bears and moose love our valley too!
