One Wild Ride: Fishing Alaska By ATV To be honest, I wasn't exactly a quad loving guy before, and the thought of being in the "promised land\" with a bunch of newbie flyfishers didn't exactly have me enthralled...I was wrong...

A lot of fun!! We did this adventure on 7/28, we had a total of 4 in our group and we were the only ones for the afternoon!! Bob was wonderful!! I haven't been on an ATV in over 20 years, so I was the slow one of the group and nervous. I had a really good time and the scenery is beyond beautiful! My daughter really wanted to see a bear, Bob was on the look out and just before we left to go back to the ATV's, we finally saw a Grizzly and her 2 cubs, luckily we were a good distance away. It was amazing to see!! Definitely would do this one again!! More

Absolutely The Best ATV Thrill Ride! This was by far the best ATV adventure We’ve ever had! Starting with Brad who picked us up at the hotel. He was VERY knowledgeable of the area so we felt as though we got a great mini sightseeing tour as a bonus while making our way to base camp to start the ATV ride! After gearing up and getting familiar with the ATVs, off we went! The trail was absolutely thrilling! Not for the faint of heart! We loved the stops along the way to see spawning salmon, waterfalls, mountains, fresh bear tracks and the relic old 1964 Ford Mustang (I may have the year wrong), that some hippies back in the day crashed and left on the woods. Maybe it was “4:20” at the joint…in the woods! Smile! We’ve taken ATV rides in Alaska before, and in the North Georgia mountains, Belize, and Dominican Republic when traveling on vacation. Alaska ATV Adventures was the BEST we’ve experienced! Highly recommend…but only if you think strongly that you can handle it. It’s thrilling! …

Our guide was Bob. He was amazing. Kept us on our toes the whole tour. Had a great time and would love to do it again. Definitely something everyone should try at least once.

LOVED IT!!! This was one of our entire group’s favorite activities in Alaska!! Bob was our leader. He was EXTREMELY patient, knowledgeable, thoughtful and professional. A few of us had never ridden ATVs before. The instructions were very helpful, as was our leaders flexibility when allowing us to decide if we wanted to drive or ride double. Bob was a perfect guide balancing our trip with just the right amount of splash, mud, wildlife, water, and greenery. About midway through our ride, he took us for a small hike to the most breathtaking gorge we had ever seen. He also pointed out salmon swimming in the river which we were able to see up close. Incredible guide-/ such fun on the paths. The hike to the waterfall was breathtakingly beautiful. One of the best experiences we’ve ever had!
Would definitely recommend and it’s our hope to get back here and do it again!
